Oslo

Oslo is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It is located in the southeastern part of the country, on the southern shore of the Oslo Fjord. With a population of over 697,000, the city is the economic and cultural center of Norway. Oslo is known for its museums, including the Munch Museum, which houses the works of the famous Norwegian painter Edvard Munch, and the Viking Ship Museum, which displays Viking ships from the 9th century. Additionally, The city is also surrounded by many forests and fjords. It also has a rich history and many notable landmarks like the Akershus Fortress, the Royal Palace and the city hall.
