We enjoyed 10 days of scuba diving in El Quseir, Egypt. We stayed at the wonderful Mövenpick El Quseir resort – a great place we have been multiple times before and is now our favorite place in Egypt.

Close to the hotel you have the amazing Extra Divers El Quseir Dive Center, with a friendly and professional staff.

Diving in the famous El Quadim Bay was amazing as always. The first few days it was a bit windy but it got better after a few days and then the view was just stunning.

Best dive site in the area: Zerib Kebir

One of the most amazing dive sites is Zerib Kebir. This stunning dive site features a maze of reef canyons and small caves, offering an exciting underwater landscape to explore. Entry is easy, straight from the sandy shore. Beneath the surface, you’ll discover vibrant coral gardens bursting with color and teeming with marine life.

Expect to encounter sea turtles, scorpionfish, crocodile fish, pufferfish. If you are lucky even eagle rays, moray eels, boxfish, and a variety of nudibranchs – a true paradise for underwater enthusiasts.
