Barcelona always has a special rhythm โ€” modern architecture meets old streets, and sunlight cuts sharp lines through narrow alleys. On this February day, I explored the city with my Leica M11 Monochrom, focusing on texture, structure, and quiet urban moments.

From the marina with its moored sailboats to the busy Rambla, the city offered endless contrasts. People walked, talked, and paused to watch the sea. Street musicians played near the Gothic Quarter, their sounds echoing between stone walls. In black and white, Barcelona feels timeless โ€” the details of old facades, reflections in glass, and the geometry of modern buildings all come together in a calm visual rhythm.

I liked capturing how daily life flows around landmarks: the cathedralโ€™s spires rising above the crowd, shop windows displaying souvenirs, and the โ€œI โค๏ธ Barcelonaโ€ shirts reminding you where you are. Itโ€™s a city that balances motion and stillness โ€” perfect for photography.
