Traveling through Italy by mobile home felt like the perfect blend of freedom and discovery. Every day brought a new coastline, a new village, and a different rhythm of life. We woke up by the sea, had breakfast under olive trees, and ended the evenings with sunsets that turned the Adriatic into gold.
The journey took us along Lago di Garda, through Tuscany’s quiet hills, and down toward the Ligurian coast, where we parked right by the water. Each stop told its own story — a red kayak leaning against a whitewashed wall, sun-bleached piers stretching into calm blue, and the sound of waves blending with laughter from nearby cafés.
We spent lazy afternoons playing games outside the camper, taking photos of textures, colors, and light — from palm leaves and tennis courts to a half-empty aperitivo glass catching the sun. Italy rewards you for slowing down; it invites you to notice the small things.
Walking through narrow alleys, meeting locals, tasting fresh food at small markets — this trip reminded us how simple joy can be when the road is your home. The mobile home became our little universe, carrying us from coast to coast, from one beautiful moment to the next.
