A late summer getaway to Texel, the Dutch island full of calm landscapes and northern light. Mornings often started with a soft mist over the fields, sheep appearing like silhouettes in the sunrise. The quiet atmosphere, interrupted only by the wind and distant seabirds, made it a photographer’s dream.
During the day, we explored lighthouses, dunes, and beaches, enjoying the wide horizon and gentle rhythm of island life. Simple moments — a feather on the sand, a crab in the tide line, or the sun low over the grass — became the most memorable scenes.
Texel’s charm lies in its simplicity: light, sea, and space. A peaceful escape surrounded by nature’s quiet poetry.
