A dive at Blindsee, one of Tyrol’s most scenic mountain lakes, known for its clear, cold water and submerged forest landscape. This was a dry suit training dive, perfect for testing buoyancy and comfort in near-alpine conditions.

Underwater, the visibility was good, revealing fallen trees, roots, and branches that created a surreal scene — a flooded forest frozen in time. Between the wooden structures, a few perch and pike moved slowly through the water. The old boat wreck near the slope added a touch of mystery to the dive.

Temperatures stayed low, making the dry suit essential, but the calm setting and light filtering through the green water made it a unique and peaceful experience.
