July 26–28, 2019
Our father–son trip to the Hockenheimring was all about speed, sound, and rain-soaked drama. The 2019 Formula 1 German Grand Prix became one of the most unpredictable races of the decade. Heavy rain turned the track into chaos — cars sliding off, strategy calls changing by the minute, and pit crews under pressure.
In the end, Max Verstappen mastered the conditions and claimed victory for Red Bull Racing, ahead of Sebastian Vettel who charged from the back of the grid to finish second. The crowd went wild — especially the Ferrari fans. Despite the weather, the atmosphere stayed electric, with the grandstands full of color, flags, and roaring engines.
Between the races, we enjoyed exploring the paddock area, watching the Porsche Supercup and Formula 2 events, and soaking in the unique festival vibe of a true motorsport weekend. An unforgettable experience — both for the race and the memories shared.
