An exciting photo session with the Münchner Volkssänger Bühne (MVB) for their Bavarian theatre production SommernachtsALBtraum — a creative reinterpretation of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Our goal was to capture professional theatre portraits and character scenes for MVB’s flyers, posters, and website.

The shoot brought together vivid costumes, expressive acting, and a touch of Bavarian charm. From the mystical fairy queen to comical peasants and royal couples, every actor delivered energy and emotion in front of the lens. The lighting and dark stage background highlighted the drama and personality of each character.

This photoshoot showcases the passion and creativity of Munich’s local theatre scene — a mix of traditional Bavarian storytelling and Shakespearean fantasy brought to life through expressive photography.
