During our stop in Athens, we spent the day wandering through the city’s historic and modern contrasts. From the Acropolis rising above the rooftops to the lively streets of Plaka and Monastiraki, every corner offered scenes full of energy and culture.

Street vendors displayed colorful souvenirs and handmade merchandise, while cafés buzzed with locals and visitors alike. It was a perfect day for street photography — capturing faces, movement, and the vibrant rhythm of everyday life in Greece’s capital.

Back on our cruise ship, we ended the day watching the refueling process at the port — a quiet, technical contrast to the lively city we had just explored.
